Returns & Exchanges

Orders are shipped with DHL, which is a benchmark company in the parcel industry, directly from Spain.

Orders shall be delivered in 24 working hours to the east coast, and in up to 72 working hours to the west coast, at the address that was given when the purchase was made. In the case of being absent, DHL will contact you to make a new delivery attempt. DHL will only arrange up to 3 delivery attempts. You can also arrange new delivery time or address through the link that will be sent to you after the purchase was made through the “On Demand Delivery” system used by DHL.

Bear in mind that during Christmas holidays, Black Friday or sales period, the estimated time of delivery might be delayed.

There are times that we are out of stock of certain designs but we are waiting for it to be replenished. You can check the availability of a product getting in contact with us via email or phone.

If you need to exchange or return any product you can get in contact at customers@mimaostyle.com or whatsapp at 0034 608727613 and we will manage it immediately.

All products returned are subject to Mimao´s Return Policy specified as follows.

In the case you would like to exchange your miMaO shoes for another design, there will not be any charge. The parcel company will collect the items you want to exchange. You will receive the new pair in up to 48 hours after the exchange has been processed and the returned item is picked up by DHL.

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it. You will be refunded in the original payment method; shipping costs will not be refunded (5,90USD). Shipping costs for returned items will be covered.

We do not accept second exchanges.

We charge shipping, but no return or exchange fees because all our products come from Spain where they are crafted. Shipping to the US is still hard for European brands but we want to make Mimao available worldwide and we are sure people will love the brand and appreciate the quality of our designs.

Should you have any queries, you can get in contact from Monday to Friday from 07am to 01pm, east coast time.

The exchanges made on products that we have in stock will take 24/72 hours to be managed. If we are out of stock of an item, we will have to wait for it to be replenished in order to proceed with your change. This may take approximately 20 days.

The return or exchange of products that have been used is not allowed. We will charge up to 100% of the amount of the purchase in the case of receiving a clearly used product.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date of reception.

We don´t ship to PO Boxes and we can´t arrange a return or exchange of orders from other country that is not the USA even if the order was sent to the PO Box in this country. We can only arrange returns from the USA.

 

Our models are updated and change throughout the season. This means that the models that are out of stock are replaced by others. If you like a model, do not hesitate to buy it before it sells out!

Our website works with the “safe payment” method offered by Shopify. This means that your payment data is encrypted so it makes a totally secure and reliable procedure. The information on your card or the payment method you use will not be stored.
